We delivered the pump at 2 PM on Tuesday — 92 hours after the initial call. The client's maintenance team had it installed and running by Wednesday morning. The plant avoided a costly shutdown.
There's something satisfying about a perfectly executed rush order. After all the stress and coordination, seeing it delivered on time and correct — that's the payoff. The best part?
